We partner with parents to share the love of Christ and teach Scripture to children.
TeamKid is our children's ministry program, for Pre-K-5th grade, that meets at 6pm each Wednesday night during the school year. We sing, play, and hear teaching from the Scriptures. Through weekly lessons, we seek to build a Gospel-centered spiritual foundation for our children’s lives.
At First Baptist, we recognize that God has entrusted us with the ministry and safety of children while they are on our property. This is why we have partnered with MinistrySafe. We want every environment a child is in to be the safest it can possibly be, so that they may have the opportunity to grow in their knowledge and love of the Lord. While in our care, your child will be lead by fully approved First Baptist volunteers. Every environment in our ministry is supervised by multiple volunteers who have gone through an intensive onboarding process that includes a background check, abuse awareness training, and policy training.
